CZECH FOREIGN MINISTER
TALKS WITH HITLER ASSURANCE OF LOYAL CO-OPERATION FU.P.A.—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright' BERLIN, 22nd January. An official spokesman said that Dr. Chvalkovsky, Czech Foreign Minister, was given to understand in the course of talks with Herr Hitler and Herr von Ribbentrop that there should be no room in Czechoslovakia for a policy directed against Germany. Dr. Chvalkovsky fully endorsed this view and assured Herr Hitler of loyal co-opera-tion. Dr. Chvalkovsky doubtless returned home impressed with the necessity of strengthening the economic relations with Sudetenland, and contributing his share towards an amicable settlement of Czechoslovakian-Hungarian relations.
