fU.P.J.— By Electric Telegraph—Copyrisrhfi PARIS, 18th January. The eighteenth Monte Carlo motor rally began from eight points, with 125 competitors from 16 countries including 38 British drivers. Miss Amy Johnson is among the British entrants starting from John o’ Groats.
