LONDON. 4th November. “The Times” Warsaw correspondent says that the second election under the constitution of 1935 n being held on 6th November The electoral law prohibts political parties, but the old Socialist Peasant and Nationalist adherents have decided to boycott the election. The Government, realising the deep-seated opposition, is certain to amend the law after the election and restore a democratic Parliament.
