Reserved Judgment Judgment was given in the Supreme Court at Blenheim by Mr Justice Quilliam in the case heard at the last session by Mr Justice Kennedy in which Mark Walton Grace (Mr A. E. L. Scantleburyj proceeded against W. J. Thompson and Co., Ltd. (Mr A. C. Nathan), and in which his Honour, in a reserved judgment, found for the plaintiff but ordered an accounting of profits to be taken by two accountants (reports the “Express”). Mr Justice Quilliam gave judgment for £73 8s 2d, with costs according to scale, and with the defendant company entitled to a set-ofT of costs as on a claim for £BO.
