ALMOND CREAM SWEETS Mix half a pound of well rolled icing sugar with half a pound of ground almonds in a basin. Beat the white of an egg till it is broken up. add it to the mixture, and stir to a smooth paste, using a wooden spoon first, and afterwards the hands.
