ALLEGED INCRIMINATING LETTERS
FRENCHMAN ARRESTED AT IREN (Received 14th January. 9.0 a m.) ST. JEAN DE LUZ. 13th January. A former official in the French Customs named Tallieu was arrested at Irun by the Spanish officials who alleged they found an incriminating letter in his pocket.
