BRITAIN’S TERRITORIAL ARMY [British Official Wireless] (Received 13th January, 10.15 a m ) RUGBY, 12th December. Territorial army recruits to the number o f 3032 enlisted in December. This is a record for any December since the war. Moreover the 1937 total of 45,320 is a record compared with any year since the war.
