MISCELLANEOUS TAHUNANUI TOWN BOARD ELECTION EXTRAORDINARY VACANCY IN THE MATTER of “The Town Boards Act, 1908,” and "The Local Elections and Polls Act, 1925,” and the Acts amending the same respectively,— I HEREBY GIVE PUBLIC NOTICE that an Election will be held on WEDNESDAY, the 15th July, 1936, for the purpose of electing one Member for the Tahunanui Town Board in place of J. T. Radford (deceased). And I hereby appoint the Tahunanui Town Board Office, Main Road, Tahunanui, as the place, and MONDAY, the 29th June, 1936, before NOON, as the time for nomination of Candidates. Each Nomination Paper must be signed by two electors and by the Candidate, or his assent to the Nomination signified in manner prescribed by Section 9 of the Local Elections and Polls Act, 1925, and be delivered to me or addressed to me, and delivered at the place aforesaid at any time after the publication of this notice, and before NOON of the said day of nomination.
