YOUTH RECAPTURED
ESCAPE FROM LOCKUP Illy Telegraph—Press Association] PALMERSTON N., This Day. Tile second of the two youths, Bertram Anderson, who escaped from the Palmerston North lockup on Bth December while awaiting trial was recaptured at Sandon yesterday, being identified on the highway by a city resident. The accused appeared in the court this morning on a. charge of escaping from custody and was remanded till Saturday.
