At the Victoria Park races the Maiden Nursery Handicap, first division, resulted : Lady Ida, 8.3 (Maxwell), 1; The Blizzard, 8.3 (Shean), 2; Harlequin, 8.6 (Maher), 3. Sixteen started, including We Three. Won by two lengths, threequarters of a length. ‘ Time, 57 seconds. Royal Helena was unplaced in the second division. Hands Up was third in the third division of the Novice Handicap. Palin was second in the Flying Handicap in which Deputy Ruler and Golden Gate were unplaced. Limbohm was unplaced in the Victoria Park Handicap. Wild Dove was unplaced in the Welter Mile..
