An order for a writ of habeas corpus was made by Mr justice Blair in the Supreme Court in the case of Madge Munro, in respect of whom an extradition order was made by Mr E. Page, S.M. Munro was arrested on a charge of stealing share scrip, and was.to he t*ken to Sydney. His Honour found that accused had never been apprehended Under a backed warrant, and it followed that a writ of habeas corpus must issue.
