GERMAN DRIVER’S FEAT (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright) LONDON, 15th February. A Lucca message says that the German Hans von Stuck broke the international Class C record for a flying mile in a Monoposto Auto-Union car. averaging 199.013 miles an hour, the fastest established for roads.
