VOTE OF CONFIDENCE PLANS TO RELIEVE UNEMPLOYMENT (United Press Association— By Electrio Telegraph- -Copyright) -. PARIS, 15th February. The Chamber of Deputies passed a vote of confidence jn M. Flandin by 444 votes to 124, on unemployment, after a speech in which lie demanded a truce in criticism, lie declared that the Government had strained every nerve to remedy the crisis, and for this reason, was attempting a reduction of interest rates. He added ho was prepared to combine the doles, public works, and shorter hours in order to relieve unemployment.
