FINANCE MISSION TO LONDON (United Press Association— By Electric Telegraph—Copyright) LONDON, 15th February. Tlie Brazilian Finance Mission, headed by Senor Costa, Minister of Finance, lias arrived in London, and was met by a representative of the Foreign Secretary. While in London they propose to discuss with bondholders the question of the debt situation. It is also expected that in negotiations with representatives of the British Government questions of blocked commercial debts arid exchange for current requirements will be discussed.
