SOCIALIST VICTORY
RHONE PRIMARY ELECTIONS (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright) (Received 30th March, 1.45 p.m.) PARIS, 29th March. M. Horiot has resigned the mayoralty of Lyons in consequence of a sweeping Socialist victory in the primary elections. Senators representing the Rhone deplore the victory of the Socialists due to the breaking up of the old alliance with the Radical Socialists, of which M. Heriot was the leader.
