Forty-one nations are attending the conference at which a convention is being drawn up imposing a period oi fifteen years between first grade international exhibitions at which participants are required to build pavilions, and ten years between second grade exhibitions in the .same country. It is a foregone conclusion that British Empire exhibitions will not be in. eluded. Mr Faracker represented Australia and Mr Drew New Zealand.
