CONCERT TICKETS NOT AC COUNTED FOR
(By Telegraph.—Press Association! CHRISTCHURCH, This Day. Arthur Leonard Fisher, lately a leader of the unemployed, pleaded guilty (his morning to the'theft of £l6 15s, the property of the Christchurch organisation of unemployed. He was fined £lO and ordered to refund the amount stolen, in default six weeks' imprisonment. The police said that the money had been obtained by tickets sold by accused 'or a concert held on behalf of the unemployed in July. The' Magistrate," Mr Mosley, said: "With genuine unemployed, one must sympathise sincerely, but with men of this type I cannot have any sympathy at all. Owing to the lack of subsidies on the amount stolen, Fisher had deprived the unemployed of practically £50."
