COMMUNAL ELECTION RESULTS

BRUSSELS, Oct. 10.
Communal elections, in which all men and women over 21 voted, resulted in a decline of. Socialist strength in favour of Conservatives and Communists, the latter gaining seats in Brussels and large.towns'. The results are chiefly due to ratepayers' discontent with the party in power.
