SPANISH GOVERNOR’S MIRACULOUS ESCAPE

As the Civil Governor of Valencia was returning from the theatre, a volley of thirty revolver shots was fired at his carriage, which was riddled. The Governor miraculously escaped. A policeman and a child wero seriously injured. The perpetrators decamped, and no arrests have been made.
