PARIS, Jan. 10. Five Ministers wore returned in the Senate elections. M. Richards, Minister of Agriculture, was defeated. Tlie Conservatives lost a few seats. The situation generally, is unchanged. The Press emphasises the complete died; suffered by the Socialists, none of whose candidates was elected. The Communist vote was insignicanfc.
