AN INTERNATIONAL COMMITTEE DESIRED (By Electric Telegraph—‘Copyright-) (Reuter’s Telegrams) LONDON. Jan. 9. The Council of the British Olympic Association adopted a resolution in favour of the creation of an International Administrative Committee at future Olympiads. It also resolved to demand that a full code of the rules governing the Olympic games formulated at Lausanne prior to thw Olympiad hold at Antwerp he binding on the organising Committee.
