We want to explain to everyone, so we tell yon here We Don’t Believe either prices or wages will go back to their pre-war level, A great many earned exceptional wages during the period of war contracts in the big manufacturing ■milk and factories, and now -that the war period is over the extra bonuses may be cut down, but wages will never be so low again, Bravo! As to Prices As regards prices, it all depends on how. they, were marked. If they were marked high. they, can be easily reduced to a fair level; if they were marked close as oui*s were, they are already at that level and as low as they cah be while Wool and Cotton and; -Babeur costs remain i above, old levels. Now What’s to be done Do just as we’ve been doing—b;iy what you need, when yon need it, at a place you can depend on. are buying goods just as before, and we re doing, big business, because our goods are dependable and our. prices right, and we still expect good business; and expect continually to give excellent value.
