Mr. Graham, stated that the Government intended guaranteeing four shillings a bushel for -wheat grown on the additional areas during the coming harvest. If the growers got more, all better. He outlined a scheme of bulk wheat handling providing elevator capacity for 1£ million buaheU in Sydney, and fifty-five smaller elevators in the country. The whole cost of the scheire would be two and a-quarter millions.
