GERMAN COMMENTS. (Rec. July 15, 11.5 a.m.) JiONDON, July 14. Newspapers angrily complain -of the sinking of the lionigsberg. which is described as a savage attack on a defenceless craft. . The Crown Prince sent a message ot regret that the ship had been shattered by a treacherous enemy.
