REFUSAL TO GO TO POLAND
(Rec. Dec. 16, 8.45 a.m.) BASLE, Dec. 15. There are frequent revolts amongst the Bohemian and Moravian troops, and several cases of refusing -to fire. A Bohemian battalion refused for two days to leave Prague for Poland. All the ringleaders and ten per cent of the others were shot.
