A cricket match was played at Motupiko on the 21st inst., Motupiko v. Coleman's. The Mot-ueka- were defeated by 58 runs. The teams-were 14-a-side, with 11 in the field. A number of ladies were present to watch the match, and thev provided afternoon tea.
