Graham, a mai'ried woman, pleaded, guilty to having made a fal* a statement, whereby the Registrar ci Births was caused' to make a wron- re-gistra-tioin. It appeared that defendant had separated from her husband, who continued periodically to visit her. This led her to lose good situations, and to elude him she assumed another nam-e, although the child was his. The defendant was committed, for sentence.
