He holds sufficient wheat to justify a cornei, but only enough to rcSe the price to prevent shipping- from the' United State* The real difficulty is that the supply of wheat is not increasing ptoportionately to the demands of the world's production. LONDON, Thursday. Th& "Mornng Post" cays that Mr Patten's ring secured .3,000,000 quarters of the American visible supply. If Canada, IndiT and "Australia were encouraged to produce, cornering wheat v would be a game of the past, for the ring would never be able to start operations. DI3NEDIN; Thursday.
