ITALY AND THE HAGUE CONFERENCE.
THE PROBLEM OF DISARMAMENT [United Peess Association. — CopsBIQHT.] ROME, Friday. Signor Tittoni, Minister of Foreign Affairs, speaking in the Chamber said that while Italy adheres to the noble intentions inspiring Britain's limitations of armaments she agrees to the reservations made by Germany, Austria, and Hungary as to the possibility of the immediate realization of the ideal. But Italy will participate in the discussion at the Hague Conference, reserving the right of absolute freedom of action. Signor Tittoni added, that the solution of the problem belonged to the future.
