The objects of the said Bill are to provide that all real and personal property which belongs now or may hereafter belong to the Grand Lodge of Antient Free and Accepted Masons of New Zealand or Lodges subject thereto may vest in and be managed by trustees and that on any change in the Trusteeship becoming necessary the title to such property shall devolve upon succeeding trustees without the expense of Conveyance or transfer being incurred, and to provide facilities of proof as to Trustees.
