' mises to-day, and decided to insist upon certain alterations, and to refer the remainder again to Dr Valentine, who will communicate his final decision to the Council later. While the, Acting Health Officor, Dr Frengley, was niaTnng his tour of isnpection of Mastertori to-day, he discovered a painful case of over-crowding in a one-roomed building, where five t children, whose ages ranged from about . four to 14 are " bunked " together, lne i, doctor said he had never had a morese- . rious cases brought under his notice.
