LONDON, April 9. Euston Hall, the seat of the Duke of Grafton, at Thetford, Norfolk, has been destroyed by fire. The great collection of paintings was rescued. The Vickers-Maxim Company has submitted to the War Office an armoured motor-car for coast defence purposes, which can also -be adapted for service in the field. It carries a pom-pom and two smaller guns of the Maxim pattern. The delivery of the Budget Speech has heen postponed till Monday, Sir Michael Hicks-Beach, Chancellor of the Exchequer, being indisposed.
