The police bavo found Constable Doyle's horse, with a quantity of charred bones, teeth, and buttons in'saddlebaga Tho bushrangers evidently burned the bodies of their victims, and placed the sadd!ebag3 on a horse that broke away from them. The black trackers traced the tracks of James Keniff, senior, John, and Thomas, who are in custody, to the Bcene of the murder. It is supposed that they tried to obliterate the tracks. JnuiO3 {Patrick 13 practically certain than Thomas wai present whan, the crimes were committed.
