LONDON, July 30, The King's Titles BiU has been read a second time by the Hou™ of Lords. Lord Rosebery suggested the words— ' Of all Britain beyond the seas, King," Lord Salisbury said it was desirable to receive the 'written views of the colonies before a final decision was made.
The Irish Nationalists have decided to strenuously oppose the Bill.
" The Times " says the title indicated by Lord Salisbury is not beyond criticism. Possibly it is nob included in the Bill be* cause tne precise form is not determined. Generally speaking, however, the title is approved.
