Mr Brodrick, Secretary of State for War, speaking in the House of Commons, declared that the leakage of official news and the publication of statements concerning impending events based on secret official documents had led him to refuse the " Daily Mail " the usual official information issued from the War Office, The " Daily Mail '' threatens an action if Mr Brodrick ventures on a public platform to accuse it of purloining documents.
