THE MAIL AGENT'S REPORT.
THE ZEALANDIA DISABLED. WELLINGTON, This Day. The mail agent of the Ventura reports that the Sierra, on her outward voyage, reached Honolulu on Juno 15th, and there found the Zealandia in a disabled condition, having put back after leaving for San Francisco. The Sierra took on the Zealandia's passengers and some perishable freight, but the passage was very stormy. She arrived only on .July 2. The mails were sent off the same evening, but failed to connect with the Saturday steamer from New York, and had to lie there till the following Wednesday. On arrival at San Francisco it was decided that the Sierra should take up^the' Zealandia's running to Honolulu.g'and the Ventura, whoso overhaul was progressing slowly owing to the steel workers' strike, was hastliy prepared for the Australian trip.
