CHRISTCHURCH, This Day. The weather is slowly clearing, but the decorations at present have a bedraggled appearance, the result of yesterday's heavy rain. Spire bem S The programme for to-morow fc as Jol lows : — lvl " L^elton^ yaCht °>"* at Royal salutes will be firea from the Squadron and batteries. e The Duke will be received at 1 1.80 a m by the Governor, the Premier, and the Ministers, and the Mayor of Lyttleton and the Chairman of the Hai-boar BoSd will be presented. The Royal Party win arrive at Christchurch at noon, and be welcomed by the Mayor at the railway station, and a citizens' adress will be presented.
