WELLINGTON. June 16. The representative football match Wellington v. Nelsoa was played to day, and was won by the home team by thirty-one points to nothing. Nine tries were scored, Iwo of which were converted. The risitors were outclassed at every point of the game, though the Btate of the ground may have had something to do with their poor display. The g»me was really a scramble in mud and water, which was ankle deep all over the field. It alio rained heavily during the play.
