[United Press Association.] NEW PLYMOUTH, Oct. 25. Four natives -two men and two women — who were arrested at Pungarehu ou Satutday in connection with the fencing dispute were charged before the S.M. this morning wiih damaging a fence. They were cash fined 10s, and bound over to keep the peace, themselves iv £50 and one surety of £25.
