[From Our Special Correspondent.! Wellington, This Day. The Ministerialists in the Hawke's Bay electorate meet to-night to select a candidate to run against Captain Russel, Leader of the Opposition. The choice will probably fall on Mr Loughnan, solicitor, of Hastings. Mr John Ross (junr.), partner in Sargood Son and Ewen, is being urged to contest the "Wellington seat as a Ministerial candidate,
