The low-lying lands in the Hawke's Bay district have once more been subjected to floods. Tho rain kept up continuously all yesterday, and last night the downpour was unprecedently heay. Reports from Meaneo, Papakuna, and tlie neighbouring country show that these places aro badly flooded, but Clive escaped, as, through the action of the River Board, a good mouth has been made to tho river.
