The Chairman of the .Committee - then moved the adoption of the report but -\- objection was taken on the ground that shareholders ought to he allowed to see it t \ first-and ultimately the meeting adjourned . for;tMs .piurposei .In order to guard the secrecy of the report it was determined to • have it copyrighted. It is understood that . thereport recommends reconstruction of the .board/ of directors, the appointment ot. a expert as secretary and executive . officer to control selling the trade of the . t Company and .an increase in capital. If - capital is hot increased business to be confined to wholesale trade, but otherwise to "'- be conducted on the broadest lines.
