Auckland, This Day. A young man named William John Calvert was fined £5, with the alternative of a month's hard labour, for disturbing the audionco at tho Opera House on Saturday night. He used objeotionable remarks to a> young lady who was performing, and assaulted tho constable who affected his arrest. Tho accused asked lime for payment, but the Bench replied it would give none whatever.
