Eaeson and Co., auctioneers and produce merohants, quote the Grey* mouth market as follows :— Potatoes, market is overstocked and there is no demand, prices range from 30s to 42s per ton, sacks in ; onions, market full, no demand, £G per ton, sacks in ; swedes, £2 per ton ; carrots, £2 5s per ton ; oats 2s Id to 2s 2d per bushel j whole fowl wheat, 4s 2d to 4a 4d, with good demand ; eggs, lOd per dozen ; butter, Is to Is 2d ; cheese, 6d ; fowls, 3s pair ; duck3, 4s 6d ; turkeys, 7s to 8s ; apples, very scarce, 10a to Us ; oranges, market full, 8s to 9g,
