PRINCE OF WALES' BIRTHDAY.
The following arrangements are made for the Prince o$ Wales' Birthday (Monday, November 11th) :— The Postal Branch will obaerva a close holiday. On the evening of the 9th all recei vers and posting boxes will be cleared. A delivery of town letters will be made over the counter on Saturday between the hoars of 7 and 8 p.m. Telegraph' Branch : Hours of attendance, Morning, 9to 10 a.m. ; evening, 7to 8 p.m. The Telephone Exchange will remain open as usual
