' Resolutions were adopted demanding the imposition of countervailing duties. The R.M.S. Kaikoura, which left Wellingto non August 25, arrived atTlymouth to day. Her cargo of frozen meat is in good condition. At the wool sales to-day 10,300 bales were offered. The market was steady, but there was not an active demand.
