AUSTRALIAN V. CAMBRIDGE UNI-
Renter sends a lengthy report of this game, which excited a great deal of interest in England. The Australians, who were the firsh to go to the wickets, made the fine scora of 222, their opponento being less fortunnte, and closing their inuings for 143. The Austialians followed, aud had scored 51 when the stumps were drawn without tho loss of a wicket. The match was resumed tho next morning, and the Colonials kept their wickets during tho whole day, at the closj of which they had run up a score of 326 with the loss of only five wickets. Jarvis and Trumbltf carrying out their bats for 96 aud 5G respectively. As the match was a two days' one it was declared a draw.
