NEW RATES OF POSTAGE.

On and after Ist January,- 1867, the postage chargeable on letters and newspapers, for places within New Zealand, will .be at the following rates, viz.: — Town Letters — Posted at any post-office within the colony, for delivery at such, post-office — Not exceeding \ oz Id.
