Ou and after Ist January, 1867, the postage chargeable ou letters and newspapers, for places within New Zealand, will be at the following rates, viz.: — Town Letters— Posted at any post-office within the colony, for delivery at such post-office — Not exceeding £ oz Id. Over ioz but under loz ... ' ... 2d. Every additional oz. or fraction of 0z... 2d. Country Letters — Posted at any post-office within the colony, for delivery at any other post-office within the 6ame province — Not. exceeding \oz ... ... ... 2d. Over 4oz but under loz ... ... 4d. > Every additional oz or fraction of 0z... 4d. Interprovincial Letters — Posted at any post-office ■within the colony, for delivery at any post-office in any other province within the colony • Not exceeding £. oz ... 3d.
