The Star of the Evening has been got off safely, having sustained no damage. She is expected to arrive here to-morrow, and will leave for Hokitika on Monday. The Dreadnought, barque, left Gravesend on 21st March, passed the Lizard on 3rd April,. sighted the Island of St. Paul on 30th June, v/as abreast of Tasjnania on 15th July, sighted Cape Farewell on the Tilli instant, and arrived here on the 7th, the passage lasting 140 days.
